Quality
Assured
At Source
instech global delivers independent third-party inspection, vendor surveillance, expediting, and technical audit services for demanding industrial sectors. We verify materials, equipment, documentation, and compliance before goods leave the manufacturer.
Independent. Trusted. Technically driven. We work at the source so quality failures do not reach your site.
Inspection services delivered at the right stage of your supply chain
From one-off inspection visits to ongoing vendor surveillance, we provide practical inspection support that helps clients identify quality issues early, verify compliance, and keep procurement decisions evidence-based.

Third-Party Inspection
Independent inspection of industrial equipment and materials at the manufacturer’s facility before release or shipment. We verify equipment against the purchase order, approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, and applicable standards. Our inspectors can witness tests, review documents, check workmanship, verify marking, and report non-conformities where required.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final verification before goods leave the factory. We check quantity, condition, marking, packing, preservation, documentation, and visible compliance with the agreed shipping and project requirements. This helps reduce the risk of receiving incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or poorly documented goods at site.

Supplier & Vendor Assessment
Structured assessment of supplier capability before or during procurement. We review supplier quality systems, technical capacity, resources, manufacturing capability, previous experience, documentation controls, and delivery risk. This helps clients make better sourcing and qualification decisions.

Expediting Services
Active monitoring of supplier progress against the agreed delivery schedule. Our expediting service helps identify delays early, follow up on critical milestones, and provide clients with clear status updates. This supports better planning and reduces the risk of late delivery affecting the project schedule.

Telecom / IT Audits
Independent verification of telecom and IT infrastructure installations. We support audits, site inventories, asset verification, installation checks, documentation reviews, and compliance assessment against project specifications, standards, and as-built records.

Data Centre Engineering
Technical support for data centre infrastructure verification, commissioning readiness, and facility review. Our support can include equipment checks, installation verification, documentation review, commissioning support, and technical punch-list reporting.
Independent inspection support built
around client confidence
Founded in 2015, instech global was created to help clients verify critical equipment before it leaves the manufacturer. Quality failures discovered after delivery can be costly, disruptive, and difficult to correct. Our role is to help clients identify issues earlier by providing independent inspection evidence at the source.
Our inspectors work at manufacturing facilities and vendor locations to verify materials, equipment, workmanship, testing, documentation, and release requirements. Each assignment is performed against the agreed inspection scope, including purchase orders, ITPs, specifications, drawings, standards, and project requirements.
Every client is supported by a dedicated coordinator who manages inspection call-offs, inspector allocation, scheduling, reporting, and communication. This gives clients one accountable point of contact across different vendors, disciplines, and countries.
We do not work for manufacturers during client inspections, and we do not accept vendor commissions. Our responsibility is to provide clear, independent evidence so clients can make informed acceptance, release, or corrective-action decisions.
Mission, Vision & Value
Our Mission
To protect our clients’ supply chains by delivering independent, technically accurate inspection, expediting, and vendor surveillance services wherever critical equipment is manufactured.
Our Vision
To become a trusted inspection partner for companies that need reliable, independent verification before equipment release, shipment, installation, or acceptance.
Our Values
Every inspection is performed against defined requirements, and reports are reviewed for completeness and accuracy before submission.
A clear process from inspection request to final report
We keep every assignment structured, traceable, and easy for the client to follow.
Scope Review
We review the purchase order, ITP, specifications, drawings, standards, and project requirements to confirm the exact inspection scope.
Inspector Assignment
We assign a suitable inspector based on discipline, location, experience, technical background, and required inspection activity.
Inspection Coordination
Our coordinator confirms the inspection date, vendor readiness, required documents, test schedule, and reporting requirements.
Inspection Execution
The inspector visits the manufacturer’s facility, witnesses agreed hold points, verifies materials and workmanship, checks documents, and records findings.
Report Review
The inspection report is reviewed for completeness, accuracy, clarity, and consistency before being submitted to the client.
Release or Follow-Up
If the result is satisfactory, the goods may proceed according to the client’s release process. If issues are found, non-conformities are documented and tracked for corrective action.
“We built instech global on a simple principle: clients should know that purchased equipment meets requirements before it ships. Quality failures discovered at destination are costly, disruptive, and often preventable.”
