Third-Party Inspection — Service Detail

Third-party inspection provides independent verification that purchased equipment, materials, and documentation conform to the agreed purchase order, technical specifications, inspection and test plan, and applicable standards. These inspections are carried out at the manufacturer’s facility before shipment, helping clients identify quality issues early, reduce the risk of non-conforming supply, and make release decisions based on clear technical evidence. For many projects, problems discovered only after delivery lead to delays, rework, added cost, and supplier disputes. Inspection at source helps reduce those risks before equipment reaches site.

On-Site Equipment Verification

Verification of equipment, workmanship, identification, and visible compliance at the manufacturer’s facility.

Witness Testing & FAT

Attendance during inspection hold points, factory acceptance tests, and agreed witness activities.

Release Readiness Review

Final checks on documentation, status, and completion before shipment or client release decision.
