About Us
Helping clients verify
quality before shipment
Instech Global was built on a simple principle: clients should have clear, independent evidence that purchased equipment meets requirements before it leaves the manufacturer.
Quality failures discovered after delivery can be costly, disruptive, and difficult to correct. They can lead to rejected shipments, rework, installation delays, commissioning issues, and disputes with suppliers.
Our inspectors work inside manufacturing facilities and vendor locations to verify materials, equipment, workmanship, testing, documentation, and release requirements against the purchase order, inspection and test plan, technical specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
We do not work on behalf of manufacturers during client inspections, and we do not accept vendor commissions. Our responsibility is to provide independent inspection evidence so clients can make informed release, acceptance, or corrective-action decisions.
"We built Instech Global around one principle: clients should have clear, independent evidence before accepting critical equipment. Inspection at source helps prevent avoidable quality issues from becoming expensive project problems."

A clear process from inspection request to final report
We keep every assignment structured, traceable, and easy for the client to follow.
We review the purchase order, ITP, specifications, drawings, standards, and project requirements to confirm the exact inspection scope.
We assign a suitable inspector based on discipline, location, experience, technical background, and required inspection activity.
Our coordinator confirms the inspection date, vendor readiness, required documents, test schedule, and reporting requirements.
The inspector visits the manufacturer’s facility, witnesses agreed hold points, verifies materials and workmanship, checks documents, and records findings.
The inspection report is reviewed for completeness, accuracy, clarity, and consistency before being submitted to the client.
If the result is satisfactory, the goods may proceed according to the client’s release process. If issues are found, non-conformities are documented and tracked for corrective action.
